Paramount Services helps your trucking business run smoothly and profitably. We take care of critical tasks such as load finding, rate negotiation, DOT compliance, and accounting, so you can stay focused on the road. With our expert support, you’ll minimize downtime, avoid costly penalties, and secure better-paying loads—ultimately boosting your efficiency and revenue.
Surprisingly, the answer is no. Recruiting skilled and competent in-house dispatchers requires a lengthy and often costly hiring process, especially if headhunters are involved. Even after finding the right candidate, you’ll face additional expenses for office space and potential training. Many of our clients have found that partnering with Paramount is actually more cost-effective than employing a full-time dispatcher. With our industry expertise, strong networks, and extensive experience, we deliver exceptional results at a fraction of the cost.
No, you don’t have to sign a long-term contract with Paramount. Our services are offered on a month-to-month basis because we believe in earning your trust, not locking you in. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we—so we’ll always work hard to deliver results. We also believe every business owner should have the freedom to choose who they work with, and we make sure you keep that freedom.
Signing up with Paramount is quick and hassle-free, as you can easily submit all required documents online. The process begins with signing our Dispatch Carrier Agreement, which clearly defines both our responsibilities and yours. This agreement is designed to protect both parties and is not a long-term contract—our services are strictly month-to-month, and you can discontinue at any time without penalties. You will also need to provide insurance naming Paramount as the certificate holder, a standard industry practice that allows us to operate on your behalf. Be sure the insurance includes both liability and cargo coverage. Additionally, we require your Carrier Set-Up Package, including references for the shippers and brokers we work with, along with your MC Permit and signed W9 form. Finally, to ensure accurate record-keeping and full compliance with safety and industry regulations, we ask for a copy of the CDL for each driver we will be dispatching.
We work with owners/operators working under their own MC authorities — but also with carriers with company drivers.
No. Unless you have specifically instructed your insurance agent to process the certificate requests made by “the insured only” — you — we work with your insurance agent to get the insurance certificates with the certificate holder information.
Absolutely! We enjoy supporting truck drivers and carriers at every stage of their careers. All we look for are dedicated, hardworking drivers. For new carriers, it may take some time to secure the highest-paying loads, as many shippers and brokers prefer MC authorities that are at least six months to a year old. However, you can count on Paramount to work tirelessly to help you earn more during your first year. Once you reach the one-year mark, accessing better rates and loads becomes much easier.
Yes! Many of our clients appreciate our all-in-one service package, which covers dispatch, documentation, compliance, and all the essential business support a carrier needs. However, we also work with clients who only need help with specific tasks, such as paperwork and documentation. At Paramount, we believe you should have the freedom to choose the services that best fit your business—because no one knows your business better than you do.
